GREENPEACE is an organisation born in opposition to nuclear testing and the whole nuclear enterprise. For almost 25 years it has courageously challenged the French military establishment in the Pacific and the other nuclear powers throughout the world.
If their actions are to continue, GREENPEACE need resources and support. The level of public opposition to the tests suggests that, if everyone does something, then a body of opinion can be turned into a wave of change.
Every record is an action. GREENPEACE will financially benefit directly from sales of this EP and will be on board the BIG COUNTRY tour of Britain and Europe. Further actions will be carried on the Internet.
The message of this record is to get active, get involved, be aware, do something. People can make a difference in some issues and in some cases and this is one of those. Public pressure can change the course of events. The sooner our voices are heard, the less tests there will be.
